Our Leadership Team
At Eye Associates of Winter Park our team believes that everything rises and falls on leadership. Outside of their normal work duties our leaders commit to weekly team meetings and a personal-growth-book-club.

Dr. Kelley's dog, Magnolia, can often be spotted at the front desk, enjoying some belly rubs or napping peacefully in her bed. Though she's still in training and might be a little shy at first, her gentle presence and sweet demeanor quickly make everyone feel at ease. Her calming influence helps create a warm and welcoming environment, making visits to our office even more pleasant. If any of our patients have concerns or allergies, please let us know. Magnolia is always happy to relax in the back during those visits to ensure everyone's comfort.
