The Optometrists at Eye Associates of Winter Park are committed to providing the highest level of professional, technologically-advanced eye health care possible.
We provide comprehensive medical and routine preventative eye exams, diagnose and treat all major non-surgical eye diseases and injuries in patients of all ages. Our expertise is in fitting children and adults with glasses and contact lenses tailored for their visual and lifestyle needs.
It is important to all of us at Eye Associates that our doctors remain active members of both our local community and the optometric community. We are proud members of Vision Source, American Academy of Optometry, American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians.
Meet Our Doctors
Kaitlyn Kelley, O.D.
Optometric Physician
Dr. Kaitlyn Kelley is an Optometric Physician. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, She went on to study at the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry where she obtained her Doctor of Optometry and Mini M.B.A. for Optometrists. Dr. Kelley also completed a post-doctoral residency in primary care with emphasis in pediatric care. When she isn’t assisting her patients or managing the practice, Doctor Kelley can be found traveling to Pennsylvania and Maine to visit family, catching up on a good book, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband Jeremy, their 2 dogs (Magnolia & Hamilton) and Maine Coon cat, Leo.
Dr. Tawni Cashon is an Optometric Physician. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from The Ohio State University and then continued on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She has served as a clinical investigator for contact lens studies/clinical trials, allowing her to offer new and innovative products and treatments for her patients. Dr. Cashon and her husband enjoy spending time with their two Aussies, Archie and Bindi, exploring unique breweries, and avidly yelling at the TV while cheering on their favorite sports teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Sandra Barker, O.D., F.A.A.O
Dr. Sandra Barker is an Optometric Physician and cofounder of Eye Associates of Winter Park. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Barker is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Barker is very active in her church, where she has chaired many Boards in past years. She currently serves on the Board of Christian Outreach. She and her husband, Dr. Gary Barker have one grown son who lives in New York. In her spare time, Dr. Barker and her husband enjoy hiking, biking and travel

Optometric Physician
Dr. Gary Barker is an Optometric Physician and cofounder of Eye Associates of Winter Park. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with Departmental Honors in Biology, at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Barker is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Barker is an active member of his church, currently serving as a member of the Pre-School and Kindergarten Board and is a past member of the Diaconate. He and his wife, Dr. Sandra Barker, are the proud parents of their son, who is currently living in New York. In their spare time, Dr. Barker and his wife love to travel, hike and bike.
